A brief is established with the occupier and a bespoke design developed to suit. Acquisition terms are negotiated and agreed on either a conventional leasehold basis or a freehold purchase. Planning permission is already in place so securing a detailed consent will be an easy and fast process. The buildings currently are all planned with a Grade A office specification; however this can be adapted to meet the needs of different occupiers.
A building can be built for your company in 15 months from agreeing terms, the timescales are shown above.
Alternative scheme design is also possible. However, additional time would be necessary for amended planning permission.
